Find the Right Space for Your Boat, RV, Business or Household
From practical household units to unusually large enclosed spaces, we offer room for the things that will not fit into an ordinary storage unit.
Choosing storage is easier when you can picture how the space will work. The descriptions below are practical starting points—not guarantees. Furniture shapes, shelving, aisle space, door clearance, vehicle dimensions, turning radius, and how often you need access can change the amount of space you need.
Rates shown below are starting rates. Availability, features, placement, promotions, and final pricing may vary. Visit our online rental page to see current availability and pricing. Our online rental system will guide you through unit selection and move-in. And, of course, you can call us anytime during regular office hours and talk it through.

Important for boats, RVs, trailers, and vehicles: Never rent based on the advertised unit dimensions alone. Measure the full length, width, and height—including the trailer tongue, motor, mirrors, ladder, rooftop equipment, and accessories. Confirm door clearance, interior clearance, and maneuvering room with our staff before renting.
6 × 8 — Starting at $65 per month
A useful “give me my closets back” space. It can hold seasonal decorations, bins, small furniture, sporting goods, dorm-room belongings, or the contents of a carefully packed walk-in closet.
What is this size best for?
Overflow from a home, apartment, condo, dorm room, or small office when you do not need much room for storing furniture.
Can I store furniture in it?
Yes, if the pieces are modest and carefully arranged. Measure sofas, mattresses, and shelving before choosing this size.
When should I go larger?
Choose a larger unit if you want a walking aisle, expect to add more later, or need to store several large furniture pieces.

8 × 12 — Starting at $90 per month
More forgiving than a small closet-size unit. It can work for a studio apartment, a room of furniture, seasonal patio items, bicycles, boxed household goods, or compact business inventory.
Could this hold a studio apartment or small condo?
Often, if belongings are packed efficiently and there are not many oversized pieces.
Is it useful for business storage?
Yes. It can work for boxed inventory, files, displays, samples, or supplies that need to leave your office or vehicle.
Why might I choose a 10 × 12 instead?
The extra width and floor area make furniture placement and access easier, especially if you need an aisle.

10 × 12 — Starting at $100 per month
A versatile household and small-business unit, roughly comparable to the size of a bedroom. It may accommodate the contents of a one-bedroom home, furniture from several rooms, or inventory and equipment for a growing business.
What household move is it suited for?
It is often a good starting point for a one-bedroom apartment, condo, or mobile home, but the amount and shape of furniture matter.
Can I visit it regularly for business inventory?
Yes. Leave a center aisle and organize goods on shelves or pallets so frequently used items remain reachable.
Should I fill it and pack it tight?
Not necessarily. A little unused room improves airflow and makes the unit much easier to use.

10 × 24 — Starting at $120 per month
A long, garage-like space with room for a substantial household move, furniture from several rooms, renovation storage, business inventory, equipment, or a combination of household and recreational items.
Why is the 24-foot depth useful?
It accommodates long items and large quantities, and it lets you create zones for furniture, boxes, tools, or business goods.
Could it hold a three-bedroom household?
It may, when packed carefully. Homes with full garages, basements, workshops, or bulky furniture often need more room.
How do I keep the back accessible?
Create a center aisle and a simple map. Put the least-used items in back and frequently needed items near the door.

12 × 24 — Starting at $140 per month
A broad, deep space that can serve a large household move, major renovation, estate transition, business expansion, equipment storage, or a mix of furniture and boxed goods. The extra width can make loading and organizing much easier.
Why choose this instead of a tightly packed smaller unit?
The additional floor space allows safer stacking, better airflow, an access aisle, and less risk of damaging furniture by forcing pieces together.
Can it help during a renovation?
Yes. It gives you room to move furnishings out of work areas while keeping household groups organized.
Is it useful for a business?
Yes, especially for bulky inventory, displays, tools, equipment, records, or supplies that need organized access.

12 × 24 Enclosed, with battery-maintaining trickle charger and trailer space — Starting at $160 per month
A flexible enclosed space for household goods plus a small trailer. Its trickle-charging setup is designed to help keep a properly connected vehicle or boat battery charged and ready during storage. It may also suit equipment, project materials, or business goods.
Does this unit have ordinary electrical outlets?
Normally, no. When a listing refers to electricity, it usually means the unit is equipped with a battery-maintaining trickle-charger setup—not a general-use electrical outlet. That means you can help keep a properly connected boat, RV, trailer, or vehicle battery charged during storage without expecting the unit to function as a workshop.
Will my trailer fit?
Measure the entire trailer, including hitch, tongue, fenders, guides, motor, and accessories. Then confirm the door and interior clearances with us.
May I plug in appliances, tools, or my own charger?
No general-use outlet should be expected. The setup is intended for the provided or approved battery-maintaining trickle charger. Ask us about proper connection, compatible batteries, and operating rules before use.

12 × 30 Enclosed, with battery-maintaining trickle charger and trailer space — Starting at $250 per month
Added depth for longer trailers, more equipment, larger household moves, or business storage. The trickle-charging setup can help keep a properly connected stored-vehicle battery charged and ready.
Who benefits from the extra six feet?
Customers with longer trailers, lengthy equipment, large household loads, or inventory that needs distinct storage zones.
Can I store household goods and a trailer together?
Possibly, if the combined dimensions leave safe clearance and access. Measure everything and discuss the plan with us.
What does the trickle-charger feature provide?
It is intended to maintain a properly connected battery during storage so your boat, RV, trailer, or vehicle is more likely to be ready when you are. It is not the same as having an ordinary electrical outlet in the unit. Ask us about compatibility and correct use.

13 × 36 Enclosed, with battery-maintaining trickle charger — Starting at $300 per month
A substantial enclosed space intended for many large boats, trailers, motorhomes, vehicles, equipment collections, commercial goods, or unusually large household needs. The trickle-charging setup helps take battery maintenance off your worry list while the vehicle is stored.
Will it hold my motorhome or fifth wheel?
It may, but the nameplate dimensions are not enough. Measure total length and maximum height with rooftop accessories, and confirm door clearance and approach room.
Why choose enclosed storage?
Enclosure reduces exposure to sun, rain, leaves, and windblown debris. It does not create climate-controlled conditions.
Can a business use it?
It can be excellent for approved storage of inventory or equipment. Ask about access, prohibited goods, deliveries, and permitted business activity.

13 × 46 Enclosed, with battery-maintaining trickle charger — Starting at $300 per month
An unusually deep enclosed space for oversized vehicles, boats, trailers, equipment, business inventory, household contents, or customers who need substantial room under one roof. Its trickle-charging setup can help keep a properly connected battery maintained between visits.
What makes this space unusual?
The depth is difficult to find at many competing properties and can accommodate needs beyond ordinary household storage.
Should I rent it if my belongings would technically fit in less space?
Possibly. Extra space can provide maneuvering room, airflow, safer stacking, and access to belongings without unloading the entire unit.
How should I plan the layout?
Mark vehicle clearances first, then create zones and an access aisle. Do not stack loose goods where they could fall onto a vehicle or equipment.

13 × 48 Covered, with battery-maintaining trickle charger — Starting at $195 per month
A long covered space that shelters many boats, fifth wheels, trailers, and motorhomes from direct sun and precipitation while retaining open-air ventilation. The trickle-charging setup can help keep a properly connected vehicle battery charged during storage.
How is covered storage different from enclosed storage?
Covered storage provides a roof but is more open to humidity, temperature changes, dust, insects, and windblown moisture or debris.
Is covered storage easier for a large RV?
It may be, depending on the approach and column placement. Confirm total vehicle dimensions and maneuvering clearance.
What preparation does my vehicle need?
Follow the manufacturer’s storage guidance and prepare tires, batteries, fluids, fuel, plumbing, food storage, ventilation, and pest prevention appropriately.

13 × 48 Enclosed, with battery-maintaining trickle charger — Starting at $325 per month
One of our signature extra-large spaces: long, enclosed, and set up to maintain a properly connected vehicle battery with a trickle charger. It can serve oversized recreational vehicles, boats and trailers, equipment, commercial storage, or a very large household project.
Is it climate controlled?
No. Enclosed and climate controlled are different. Expect seasonal temperature and humidity changes unless the listing specifically says climate controlled.
What measurements matter most?
Overall length, widest point, highest point, door opening, interior obstructions, turning radius, and the approach needed to enter and exit.
Can I store business inventory beside a vehicle?
Possibly, if permitted goods are arranged safely and enough clearance remains. Discuss the intended use with us first.

15 × 46 Enclosed, with battery-maintaining trickle charger — Starting at $350 per month
Extra width plus exceptional depth makes this a strong choice for large vehicles, equipment, commercial goods, major household storage, or customers who need space to move around what they store. The trickle-charging setup can help keep a properly connected battery maintained and ready.
Why does width matter?
Extra width can make opening doors, walking beside a vehicle, positioning equipment, shelving goods, and loading or unloading much easier.
Could this replace several smaller units?
It may. One well-organized large unit can be easier to access and manage than belongings scattered among multiple units.
Do I still need to measure?
Absolutely. Unit names are approximate dimensions; vehicle accessories, door openings, structural features, and maneuvering needs all matter.

10 × 36 Open-Lot Space — Starting at $55 per month
An economical outdoor option for many motorhomes, trailers, work trailers, smaller boats, or vehicles that do not require a roof or enclosure.
What exposure should I expect?
Open-lot storage is exposed to sun, rain, humidity, temperature changes, dust, animals, insects, and severe weather.
How should I prepare a boat or RV?
Use the manufacturer’s long-term storage procedures. Remove food, manage batteries and fluids, protect tires, winterize when appropriate, secure covers, and use lawful pest deterrence.
Is the measured length just the vehicle body?
No. Include hitches, tongues, motors, ladders, spare tires, cargo racks, and anything else that extends beyond the body.

Limited Climate-Controlled Units — Check current availability and starting rates
These units provide more consistent temperature and humidity management than ordinary drive-up storage. They may be worth considering for belongings that are more sensitive to Ozark temperature and humidity swings.
What belongs in climate-controlled storage?
Depending on value and sensitivity, consider it for documents, photographs, artwork, certain furniture, musical instruments, electronics, collectibles, and other humidity- or temperature-sensitive belongings.
Does climate controlled eliminate all risk?
No. It reduces environmental swings but does not guarantee a fixed temperature or humidity, and belongings still need careful packing and appropriate coverage.
How many are available?
Only a limited number. Visit our online rental page or call the office for current availability and sizes.

A Larger Household Unit Can Be the Better Value
A unit that barely holds everything may look cheaper, but it can create problems: crushed boxes, damaged furniture, no access aisle, poor airflow, difficult retrieval, and the need to unload half the unit to reach one item. A somewhat larger space can let you use pallets, leave breathing room along walls, organize by room or category, and retrieve belongings without starting over.
If the larger unit prevents damage, saves repeated handling, or makes the space usable throughout the rental, the modest difference in monthly rent may be money well spent.
